摘要: Nondestructive measurement of forage seed vigour is a key problem for the research of seed physiology at present. In the experiment, a new nondestructive method for discriminating different vigour of oat ( Avena sativa) seeds was developed by near infrared spectroscopy ( NIBS) combined with principal component-Mahalanobis distance model. The result show that the prediction model is built in the spectral region between 4000 and 6900cm(-1) by preprocessing method of SNV ( standard normal variate), and the model is the best with 4 principal component factors. And the, rates of identification in both calibration set samples and prediction set samples are 100%. The method will offer a new approach of testing seed vigour with quick, precise and non-destructive characters.
