Determination of lead in food and feed samples using hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry

摘要: A method for determining the content of Pb in food and feed by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was studied. The optimal analytical conditions in perchloric acid medium were examined. The detection limit is 0.3 mu g/L, the linear range is 1.00 similar to 500 mu g/L, and the recovery rate is about 87% similar to 98%. The value of Pb content detected in standard sample is agreed with the standard value. The experiment results show that this method has many advantages.
