摘要： With the development of Mobile and Wireless Network technology, Mobile learning (M-learning) becomes a focus after E-Learning. How can the farmers get requisite information of agricultural production by mobile phone? In order to solve this problem, the personalized mobile information system for the farmers has been designed and developed based on Ontology. It consists of four functional modules: information customization and display, plant hospital, agro-expert video class, management system. Its chief innovation is the agro-information customization by use of Ontology and the remote plant disease-pest diagnosis, which can make the farmers focus on their most interesting information, instead of searching in the massive data, and meanwhile the farmers can learn it whenever and wherever possible, and resolve the problem in the farm field by the mobile intelligent terminals.
