Study on Beijing Agricultural Technology Innovation: The Perspective of Improving Peasants Scientific and Cultural Qualities

摘要: The authors have compared several sets of data gleaned from China peasants, Beijing peasants, a well-off society farmer and four world urban farmers. Through analysis of these data, the authors think the scientific and cultural qualities of Beijing suburbs peasants must be with the Beijing agricultural industry construction. The development of Beijing metropolis modern agricultural will take on a variety of characteristics. The capabilities of agriculture will be significantly enhanced,such as comprehensive production capability, basic guarantee capability, social services capacity, ecological leisure capacity, scientific and technological innovation capacity .Beijing metropolis modern agriculture needs agricultural laborers who able to master advanced production technology and realize the efficient conversion of agricultural science and technology achievements. On the basis of this, the anchors conduct research from four aspects on peasants quality improved significantly: reached secondary vocational and technical level, combined online and offline training, emphasized on basic guarantee, played the role of different groups.
