摘要: In this experiment the effect of storage for Chinese jujube of ten varieties is studied using miniature hypobaric facilities. The result shows that jujube which has been stored in miniature hypobaric facilities can keep its firmness well and delay the process of alcoholization, being browned, senescence and so on. Under the hypobaric condition without humidifying, the weight loss is very low. Compared with small packing MA storage nine in ten varieties of jujube go well under the hypobaric storage, especially Dong jujube, Jinsi jujube, Zanhuang jujube, Daping ding jujube, Lang jujube and Huping jujube. The Dong jujube can be stored for more than 120 days with more than 90 percent of completely crispy fruits with no blemish. And the jujube tastes as fresh and crispy as that at harvest.
