摘要: This study presents a tactical level planning tool to address the issue of coordinating production and harvest of Eichhornia crassipes (EC) under satellite remote sensing data. The production of EC is measured by the area of EC from satellite images and GPS, which leads to an area-related logistic model of EC for obtaining the growth area of EC. The model developed considers the problem of the harvest of EC. The model based coordination mechanism is formulated, which leads the harvest decisions of EC toward a coordinated optimal outcome. The results presented show the viability of implementing such planning tool in practice.
