摘要: During the operation of combined harvesters, uneven surfaces and varying terrains in rice fields can cause sudden stops, rapid starts, and sharp turns, resulting in different degrees of surface degradation and compaction on the soil surface. As a result, it is necessary to study the impact of the accompanying motion of combine harvesters on soil compaction in paddy fields. In this paper, soil parameters in rice fields were calibrated through response surface optimization and laboratory tests. Meanwhile, the effect of dynamic motion on soil compaction during the harvesting process was analyzed by conducting RecurDyn and DEM coupled simulations, as well as field trials. Moreover, soil stress distributions under steady motion and pitching motion were measured using embedded soil pressure sensors. The results indicate that the relative calibration errors of cohesion and internal friction angle were 10.2% and 7.3%, respectively. Under pitching motion, soil settlement was the most severe, and the soil stress was 1.8 times higher than that under steady motion. The simulation and experimental errors were 6.36% and 17.64%, respectively, demonstrating that dynamic motions significantly exacerbate soil compaction. Future studies will further investigate the load-bearing response and compaction mechanisms in soils under different crop cultivation conditions.
