摘要： With abundant natural resources, right policy direction, and a solid basis of industrial development, the tropical agricultural development of Hainan province has obvious advantages. But there are still some problems, such as overreliance on natural resources, insufficiency use of resources, poor quality of the rural labor force, low level of industrialization of agriculture, and so on. Construction of the international tourism island must be based on its advantages, then adjust and optimize the industrial structure of agriculture, especially acceleration of the tropical ecological agriculture to promote the transformation to ecological agriculture from traditional one.
