Optimization of Extraction of Galangin from Galangal by Response Surface Method

摘要: Based on the single-factor experiments of galangin extraction from the galangal, the experimental variables, the ethanol concentration(X-1), extraction temperature(X-2), extraction time(X-3), and ratio of thanol to raw materia(X-4) were estimated and optimized by the response surface methodology (RSM). The statistical analysis indicated that the independent variables X-2 and X-4 had high significant effects on the response values, so are the interaction effects between the variables of X1X2,X1X4,X2X3,X2X4; the optimum extraction conditions for galangin were ethanol concentration 90%, extraction temperature 80 degrees C extraction time 3h, and the ratio of ethanol to materia 25ml.g(-1).
