摘要: The diamondback moth (Plutella xylostella L.) has developed resistance to various insecticides. We applied representational difference analysis (RDA) to study the molecular mechanisms of resistance to dime-hypo in a resistant strain of diamondback moth. A BLAST analysis of the sequences we obtained showed that one of our sequences (S106 sequence) had some homology with the Homo sapiens potassium voltage-gated channel and Mus musculus K-Cl co-transporter and that another sequence (S109 sequence) had some homology with the M. musculus putative chloride channel. Because the currently widespread view is that the insensitivity of the acetylcholine receptor is the main mechanism in dimehypo resistance, the results from this study have an important value for further study of this resistance mechanism.
