摘要: We studied the dynamics of soil microbial communities monitored in a continuously monocropped Jerusalem artichoke system, where Jerusalem artichoke was successively monocropped for 3-years in wheat field. Soil total bacterial, Pseudomonas and Bacillus spp. community structures and abundances were estimated by PCR-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) and quantitative PCR, respectively. Results showed that different Jerusalem artichoke cultivation years (one, two, three years) had different total bacterial, Pseudomonas and Bacillus spp. community structures. Continuous monocropping of Jerusalem artichoke changed the soil microbial communities and total bacterial, Pseudomonas and Bacillus spp. community structures.
