摘要: The chlorimuron-ethyl-degrading strain D-6 was isolated from contaminated soil and identified by 16S rRNA gene sequencing as Bacillus subtilis under laboratory conditions. When chlorimuron-ethyl was provided as the sole nitrogen source, the degradation efficiency in liquid medium was about 90.5% after 3 days of inoculation with strain D-6. The effects of chlorimuron-ethyl concentration, degradation time, and temperature on biode-gradation were examined. The optimal conditions of chlorimuron-ethyl degradation by D-6 were chlorimuron-ethyl 300 mg/L, NH4NO3 1 g/L, at 30 degrees C, pH7.0 and 3 days.
