摘要: A dominant themio-photo-sensitive nuclear male-sterile line, DT94-1, was discovered in durum wheat by screening breeding materials under the conditions of lower temperature and short photoperiod. The results in the present study showed that a 6-hour of daytime and 8deg C was the low biological hmit for stamen and pistil development of the male-sterile line. The critical condition for fertility changes of stamen was 8 hours of daytime and 14deg C, while 12 hours of daytime and 16deg C were the upper biological limit for complete recovery of its stamen fertility. The optimum temperature and treatment duration to induce malesterile were 12~13deg C and successive treatment for 3 days at anther sht-separated stage.
