摘要: Fusarium head blight (FHB) is a destructive disease of wheat production. Exploration of genetic sources other than Sumai 3, the well-known FHB resistance sources, will facilitate improving cultivar resistance in breeding. To understand genetic diversity and relationship of FHB resistant sources, sixty-eight wheat resistance cultivars or accessions from six countries were assessed by 24 SSR markers reported to be associated with FHB resistance. Cluster analysis showed that all these varieties belongedto six clusters. Chinese cultivars are more closely related with Japanese cultivars than those from United States, Canada and other American countries. Although some US wheat accessions belonged to the cluster of Chinese cultivars, SSR analysis indicated that these accessions possessed resistant gene from Sumai 3. Further QTL analysis indicated that major FHB resistance QTL was located on 3BS chromosome in the interval of Xgwm493-Xgwm533 in Sumai3, Xgwm493-Bare 147 in Wangshuibai. Therefore, selectingresistance sources from Chinese cultivars and American cultivars should be preferably considered in gene pyramiding and combining different major QTLs of inter- or intra-regions cultivars will also enhance FHB resistance breeding.
