摘要: The Soybean Cyst Nematode (SCN), Heterodera glycines Ichinohe, first identified in Japan in 1915, has now been reported from Brazil, Canada, China, Columbia, ROK, USA. In China, it had spread to two major soybean producing areas (Northeast soybean area and Huanghuihai soybean area). Through use of resistant cultivars, the soybean yields improved significantly, but after fours years through using resistant cultivars, the race of SCN seems to be changed. Liu, et al. (1993) reported the same race 3 population selected fro 9 approx 10 generations on several resistant cultivars changed to race 2 on cultivar Harbin, to race 4 on cultivar Changlihei, to race 14 on cultivar Peking and to race 13 on cultivar Franklin, but remained as race 3 when selected on cultivar Lee68. Ma(1996) reported after continuous culture resistant variety Kangxian No2, shifted the original designation from race 3 to race 1 at Anda Agricultural Institute. Similarity, in the same farm in Anda Institute of Crop breeding of Heilongjiang Academy of Agriculture Sciences, Northeast China, continuous cultivation of variety Kangxian No.2, resistant to race 3, shifted the original designation from race 3 to race 6 after 4 years, to race 14 after 6 years, to race 4 after 8 approx 9 years (Peng, D.L. 1999). This paper reported the race diagnosis results.
