摘要： In this paper, developing processes of WCSODS were introduced, the adopted technical line and modeling structure of the WCSODS were illustracted and, various simulation models and optimization models in WCSODS were described. The functions of WCSODS include to make wheat cultivation decisions both in normal year and in any current year; to assess the impacts of climate change on wheat growth and development, to regulate and determine the genetic parameters for a given wheat variety. Validation of WCSODS shows that there is a good agreement between WCSODS simulated and observed values. And now, WCSODS has been widely extended in Jiangsu, Henan, Hebei, Shandong, Shanxi etc. provinces in China.
