摘要： The article analyzed the enormous change in international and domestic market competition and the development tends of enterprise management in the world, indicated the advantages, weaknesses and strategic countermeasures developing AISI in china, illustrated the views and basic strategy thought on the development of domestic AISI, being a new economic industry which needs the promoting power both from government and from market competition; proposed some new viewpoints on the management innovation for sustainable development of china AISI meeting the opportunities and challenges from WTO. One of most important viewpoints is that management is more important than technology in development of AISI of our county, so the strategy management is the first. The innovation in management is the basic outlet for AISI.
