摘要： Agricultural Disaster Management System (ADMS) has become an important tool and technology in modern agricultural production. In this paper, we present a new method for the design and implementation of ADMS. This method is based on a new layered architecture model, which integrates flexibly GIS, simulation models and expert system in ADMS and simplifies its design and implementation. This system provides a number of important information and decisions for senior managers of agricultural production as well as plays a very important role in the production. Finally, we discuss a typical application of ADMS in agricultural weather disaster warning.
