摘要： The real estate credit has provided a powerful financial support for the development of the real estate industry, and its proportion in the entire financial system increases rapidly. The risk of the real estate assembled gradually. This credit risk is caused by ways of complicated sources. The paper researched the source by analyzing the participants in the real estate credit, and raised the measures to control the risk.
