摘要： Ontology is the formal representation of the concepts and the mutual relations between concepts, it has wide application prospect in the classification of agricultural information, construction of information and knowledge database, research and development of intelligent search engine, information cooperative service, and so on. In the research, the frame of knowledge management system, including the functions of ontology-based knowledge acquisition, knowledge representation, knowledge organization, knowledge mining were proposed, and then its key technologies, build tools and applications were explored. The theory and intelligence simulation knowledge service research would be improved continuously.
