摘要: F3-6 and F3-31, two white inbred progenies of F3, were selected as the parental strains in the inbreeding experiment. Integrative analysis was conducted on the inbred progenies. Genetic differences appeared in inbreeding rate, fruiting rate, mycelium growth rate, fruit body generating period and fruit body yield among the inbred progenies. Both the mating-type factors and cultivation conditions contributed to the differences. The results showed that the highest inbreeding rate was 98.2%, which belonged to the spores of F3. The fruiting rate of the inbred progenies of F3 was 95. 4%, which was also the highest of the three groups. Compared with their parental strains, the inbred progenies of F3-6 had the faster mycelium growth rate, shorter average fruit body generating periods and higher fruit body yield. Those of F3-31 had the faster mycelium growth rate, shorter average fruit body generating periods and lower fruit body yield than F3-31. No significant difference was observed among the mycelium and fruit body shape of inbred progenies. The fruit body yields of the three groups were not correlated to the mycelium growth rate. This study demonstrated that inbreeding could be an effective method to select excellent strains of Flammulina velutipes.
