Research on Fisheye lens based plant root inspection and analyzing system

摘要: Fisheye lens was used in the root image inspection system as the fisheye lens has large viewing field with the advantages of no rotation, scanning and little size. The method simplified the design of minirhizotron inspection system, which has to spin the reflector several times to obtain root system image. The imaging, camera standardization and image calibration of the fisheye lens was introduced and the image pretreatment, image unfolding, justifying and matching was conducted. The system can meet the needs of non-destructive on line inspection and raise the relative image collecting speed over minirhizotron around 8 times thus provide technical support and reference to the research on pant root system.
