摘要: Introduction In recent years, many researchers tried to increase essential amino acids (EAA) and limited amino acids (LAA) concentration in the blood to achieve the purpose of improving the milk protein content and yield (Misciattellietal.,2003)(Broderick et al.,2009).However,the results showed that the milk protein content and yield were not increased always with the increasing amino acid concentrations. Thus, great interest exists in developing ways to regulate AA balance through infusion casein and microbial AA pattern (Bach et al.,2000).In vitro experiments, supplementation of amino acid (AA) concentration have been found to enhance milk protein genes expression in bovine mammary epithelial cells(Lai et aL.,2006)(Li et al.,2011).Little work has explored on milk protein synthesis and cellular mechanisms associated with different amino acid pattern. We hypothesis the optimal AA pattern can increase milk protein synthesis, and the study evaluated the effects of different amino acid pattern on the CSN1S1 CSN3 mTOR STAT5 PRLR GLUT1 Genes Expression in bovine mammary epithelial cells.
