摘要： The effect of information agriculture will become more and more outstanding and more and more important after China taking part in WTO. A task of top priority is to cultivate the Information market, to foster the qualified personnels of information and to concentrate the input of government investment, in order to guarantee the leading position of China agriculture in the intense competition of international market.
