摘要: This paper presents considerations about design, modelling and construction of thermal accelerometer. Several models are studied from an analytical model based on perturbation theory to a semi-analytic model based on R-functions and spectral method. Computational fluid dynamics simulations on the base of the finite-element techniques were carried out and satisfactory concordance with the experimental data was revealed. In order to improve bandwidth without reducing sensitivity, a closed-loop configuration is investigated by FEM simulations. To implement this time-sharing configuration, we inject bias current in detectors and share the running time of these detectors between detection period and feedback period.
