摘要： Grassroots agricultural technicians are an important bridge to satisfy farmers' increasing needs for agricultural technologies. In order to enhance their service ability, this paper analyses how to carry out the train which highlighted the features of in time in season and hands-on practice. Through the survey, it showed that the in time in season training method has obtained the satisfied effect. This study provides a useful reference for how to train agricultural technicians for others.
