摘要： HORIBA Scientific label-free interaction analysis platform combines the sensitivity of Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) technology to the multiplexing capability of array-based bioassays. This unique feature allows the simultaneous monitoring of up to several hundred different label-free molecular interactions in a single experiment. Various applications will be presented in this poster: instant affinity profiling of different single-chain variable fragments, instant screening of biomolecules, small molecules detection and high-throughput analysis of complex fluids in allergy diagnosis.
