摘要: It is very important of the protein content in plants, especially in forage plants. To improve forage protein content is an important job for many breeders. Traditional breeding methods are mainly focused on cross-breeding, recurrent selection methods. However, these methods cost a longer period and a lot of work. With advances in genetic engineering technology, more and more transgenic technology has been applied to breeding works, greatly reducing breeding cycle, improving work efficiency.
