摘要: The production and distribution methods in human society are gradually changed since the opening of the Metaverse Era. Meanwhile, the construction process of elements in the virtual world is being pushed on, and it activates the technology upgrade and application development of the agricultural food industry in the digital virtual field. This article proposes the construction, design, and development schema of food traceability based on blockchain technology applied in the Metaverse. (i) This paper discusses the application scene and significance of the derivative concept of digital virtual food and agricultural food traceability technology in the Metaverse. (ii) This paper discusses the technical principle of blockchain-based agricultural food traceability. (iii) State the functional processes of food traceability application and the design of relevant smart contracts in the Metaverse. (iv) This paper summarizes the application feasibility, advantages, and future sustainable development possibility of Food Traceability Technology and its application in the Metaverse world.
