摘要: This paper presents a rapid 3D reconstruction method for phenotype analysis of citrus seedlings. To address the current problems of difficult operation, high complexity and high equipment cost in acquiring point clouds based on laser scanning equipment, the authors directly use the images acquired by common shooting equipment to complete the 3D reconstruction of citrus seedlings. A three-dimensional reconstruction architecture integrating the structure of motion recovery (SFM) algorithm, multi-view dense matching (CMVS+PMVS) based on cluster and facet models, and filtering of the generated three-dimensional model is established. The final result of this method is better and simpler, faster and more resistant to interference.
