摘要： Qian Liangyou 58, a new two-line hybrid rice combination with high-yielding and good quality was developed with the cross between 2136s (an indica dual-purpose genie male sterile line) and a male parent M86. In Guizhou Province, its average yield was 8. 51 t/hm~2 and 5. 55% higher than that of standard variety in regional trials in multi-locations from 2002 to 2003, 8. 28 t/hm~2 and 10.11% higher than that of standard variety in performance trials in five-locations in 2003, and 10. 985 t/hm~2 in high-yielding cultural experiments at Guiyang from 2002 to 2004. It has high and stable yield, good grain quality, and extensive adaptability, better resistance to blast and strong tolerance to low temperature. It can be cultivated in middle and high altitudes. The Guizhou Committee of Crop Variety Release registered it as a commercial cultivar in April 2004.
