摘要： Through systematic selection and identification by stage in nature condition, we obtained 7th generation stable rice germpSasms showing high photosynthetie capacity under strong light and high tolerance to photo-oxidation {Jiao et al 2001, 2002). In order to elucidate the physiological function of C_4 PEPC in the leaves of C_3 plants, we used untransformed japonica rice kitaake and C_4 PEPC transgenic rice to compare the adaptive regulation and physiological function of C_4 PEPC under adverse light conditions.
