摘要: Carbazomycins I (1) and J (2), two novel carbazole alkaloids were isolated from the fermentation broth of Saccharopolyspora phattalungensis DSM 45584. Their structures were elucidated by analysis of HRESIMS and NMR spectroscopic data. Compounds 1 and 2 were evaluated for their antimicrobial activities against seven pathogens by the agar diffusion method. Additionally, bioinformatics analysis revealed the biosynthetic gene cluster for carbazomycins (1) and J (2).
