摘要: The potential applications of the PbHfO3-based antiferroelectric material in the fields of energy storage, electrocaloric effects, and synaptic devices have garnered significant interest from both academic and industrial sectors in recent years. Hence, a comprehensive review of PbHfO3 was summarized to encourage the development of antiferroelectric materials and attract more researchers. The current state of research regarding PbHfO3 antiferroelectric materials is examined in this review. The structure of the antiferroelectric intermediate phase is also discussed in conjunction with a comprehensive summary of the crystal structure and phase transition properties of PbHfO3. The focus is placed on approaches to improve energy storage performance. A summary of preliminary research concerning the electrocaloric effects of PbHfO3 is also provided. Moreover, the unique crystal structure and polarization characteristics of PHO contribute to its potential in information storage and neuromorphic computing. It demonstrates the remarkable electrocaloric effects and excellent polarization characteristics of PbHfO3. These characteristics render PbHfO3 applicable to a vast array of fields, including electrocaloric refrigeration, energy storage, and neuromorphic computing.
