摘要: The resistance ratio of Helicoverpa armigera to Cry1Acinsecticidal protein from Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt)is 13.1-and3.02-fold after 18 generations of selection by transgenic Tobaccoexpressing Bt or two(Bt and CpTI)insecticidal protein genes, in whichthe average Corrected mortality for each selection treatments isabout 60/100.
