ELECTROCHEMICAL IMPEDANCE SPECTROSCOPIC TO REFLECT THE CYTOTOXICITY IN THE DOXORUBICIN-INDUCED HELA CELLS APOPTOTIC MODEL ON DIFFERENT GRAPHENE/GELATION ASSEMBLED LAYER INTERFACING LIVE CELLS

摘要: This study was designed to investigate the cytotoxicity in the doxorubicin-induced Hela cell apoptotic model on different reduced grapheme(rGO)/gelation assembled layer interfacing live Hela cells. Respectively with gelatin/GC, rGO/GC, and gelatin/rGO/GC as the growth substrates interfacing Hela cells, the change of the charge-transfer resistance for cell apoptosis was studyed by using electrochemical impedance spectroscopic when Hela cells were treated with a dose of the anticancer drug doxorubicin. The results showed that the same concentration of drugs can cause a large number of cells death growing on the gelatin /GC substrate, while the cytotoxicity of drugs weakened for cells growing on the rGO /GC and gelatin /rGO/GC substrate. It is assumed that these results could be attributed to the distinct nanotopographic features of these two kinds of substrates. but it need further exploration for the possible mechanisms that graphene nanomaterial as a cell growth substrate can weaken the cytotoxic effects of drugs.
