两种蛤仔线粒体16SrRNA基因和CO I基因的序列比较

摘要: 对菲律宾蛤仔(Ruditapes philippinarum)和杂色蛤仔(Ruditapes variegata)的线粒体16SrRNA基因和CO I基因序列进行了分析.结果表明,16S序列共有117个变异位点,CO I序列共有160个变异位点,CO I基因编码的219个氨基酸序列中有29个不同.根据16S序列和CO I基因编码的氨基酸序列进行聚类分析,两种蛤仔与硬壳蛤(Mercenaria mercenaria)之间的聚类结果并不一致,有必要对缀锦蛤亚科更多的相近种进行序列分析.
