鸡PRLR基因多态位点检测及其与产蛋性状的关联分析

摘要: 以催乳素受体基因(prolactin receptor,PRLR)作为影响鸡产蛋性能的候选基因,采用连接酶检测反应(ligase detection reaction,LDR)对378只四明香鸡B系的PRLR基因进行多态性检测,并利用最小二乘法分析了4个突变位点SNP1(C11390G),SNP2(A14952G),SNP3(A14969C)和SNP4(A14984G)与鸡134日龄体重、65周体重、65周产蛋数和300日龄产蛋数的相关性。单位点分析结果显示SNP2/SNP3/SNP4完全连锁,且其位点多态性对300日龄产蛋数影响显著(P<0.05),G/A/G基因型300日龄产蛋数显著高于A/C/A基因型7枚(P<0.05);SNP1位点多态性与鸡134日龄体重、65周体重、300日龄产蛋数和65周产蛋数均无显著关联(P>0.05)。单倍型分析结果发现存在3种单倍型,即H1(CACA),H2(GACA)和H3(CGAG),不同单倍型对300日龄产蛋数差异显著(P<0.05),表现出H3(CGAG)>H2(GACA)>H1(CACA)的趋势,且H3(CGAG)基因型的300日龄产蛋数比H1(CACA)基因型高7.33枚(P<0.05)。结果表明,PRLR基因中H3(CGAG)为有利单倍型,可作为提高鸡群产蛋性能潜在的分子标记。
