First record of Isogynandromyia Spungis (Diptera: Cecidomyiidae: Cecidomyiinae: Ledomyiini) in the Oriental Region

摘要： The first record of the Ledomyiini genus Isogynandromyia Spungis in the Oriental Region is given including one new species, Isogynandromyia zhengleyii sp. nov., described and illustrated from Jiulianshan, Jiangxi Province in Southern China. The generic diagnosis is updated to include the new species with a detailed morphological description, and a key to males of all known Isogynandromyia species is also provided.
