Substituted pyrazole derivatives as potential fungicidal agents

摘要: Heterocyclic pyrazoles are an important class of biologically active scaffold with extensive biological functions such as antifungal, insecticidal, nematocidal, antiviral and antitumor activities. In this study, a series of pyrazole derivatives containing acylhydrazone or heterocyclic amide were designed and synthesized via a sequence transformation with good to excellent yields, and their structures were characterized by satisfied spectrum analyses. These newly obtained molecules were fully evaluated for their fungicidal activities against Phytophthora capsici, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Botrytis cinerea and Rhizoctonia solani, which indicated that the compounds 7 and 9 had appreciable selectivity against the basidiomycete species R. solani, and in vivo bioassay also demonstrated that the compound 9 could protect the horsebean against infection by R. solani.
