摘要: Not only can NIR micro-imaging acquire the spectra information but also the spatial distribution information, which is superior to the traditional NIR spectroscopy analysis. In this study, the NIR micro-image of wheat flour mixed with lime (calcium oxide and calcium hydroxide) was collected. Based on the study of the NIR spectra and the 2nd derivative NIR spectra, The single wavenumber imaging and chemimap imaging of lime were acquired for both the raw NIR micro-image and the 2nd derivative NIR micro-image. The result indicated that the single wavenumber imaging and chemimap imaging of lime for both the raw NIR micro-image and the 2nd derivative NIR micro-image have the same distribution trend. The result of F-test indicated that a very remarkable correlation exists among the imaging data by the four imaging methods. This method, with the advantages of rapid, non-invasive, on-site and environmental friendly analysis, will provide some references to not only the rapid detection of lime in wheat flour, but also the detection of other banned additives in wheat flour.
