摘要: The traditional polymerase chain reaction method was employed to obtain the complete mitochondrial genome of Rasbora borapetensis. The mitogenome was determined to be a 16,510bp long circular molecule. It contained the typical complement of 13 protein-coding genes, 2 rRNAs and 22 tRNAs. This is first report on the complete mitogenome sequence of R. borapetensis.
