Multiresidue Determination of Thifensulfuron-Methyl, Atrazine and Acetochlor in Soybeans by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要: The paper presents a new high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method for the simultaneous determination of three herbicides (thifensulfuron-methyl, atrazine and acetochlor) residues in soybeans. The methodology consists of an acetonitrile extraction and, dispersive solid phase extraction (SPE) purified step. Then the samples were analyzed by HPLC-UV (ultraviolet) and quantified by external standard method. Under the optimized conditions, the linear ranges of thifensulfuronmethyl, atrazine and acetochlor were 0.1-5.0 mg . L(-1) with a good correlation coefficients (0.9996-0.9999). The average recoveries of three herbicides in spiked soybeans ranged from 70.2% to 105.3%, and the relative standard deviations were between 2.32% and 9.52%. The limit of detection was lower than 47 mu g . kg(-1).
