Sesquiterpene glycoside diversities with anti-nematodal activities from Pulicaria insignis

摘要: Four eudesmane sesquiterpene glycosides named pulisignoside A (1), B (2), C (3), and D (4) were isolated in addition to lemmonin C (5) from the Tibetan folk medicine Ming center dot chen center dot serpo (Pulicaria insignis Drumm. ex Dunn). Structures of these compounds were elucidated by comprehensive analyses of MS, 1D NMR, and 2D NMR spectroscopic data. In the anti-nematodal bioassays, pulisignoside C (3) showed nematocidal activity against Meloidogyne incognita (IC50 25.42 +/- 0.28 mu M).
