摘要: Xiangshan bay is the largest base of cage culture, fisheries production base. The plants in the harbor discharge cooling water and pollutant which will make bad affects in fish farming and marine ecosystems. In this paper, we simulated the spread of cooling water and pollutants based on Finite- Volume Coastal Ocean Model (FVCOM). Compare the model calculated values and the observed values, and the result is that they are almost equal. This means the simulation results are reliable. The cooling water simulation results shows that during the flood tide process, the temperature in the farming areas is rising. The maximal growth is about 1 degrees C. In the ebb, the temperature reduced to the value consistent with the environment. We select to discharge pollutant at high tide in order to calculate the maximal bad impact that the power plant made to the fishery. And then compare the concentration of pollutants near discharge point to observations.
