摘要: The aroma volatiles of mango (Mangifera indica L. 'Tainong No.1'), cultivated in three regions of Hainan province were analyzed at the fully ripe stage using the method of solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and GC/MS. Terpenes were the main volatile group in the three regions of mango. The aroma volatile compounds of 26, 31 and 35 were identified in pulp of mango located in Jiusuo town, Tiandu town and Foluo town, respectively. The aroma compound with the highest content was (+)-4-carene in the pulp of mango cultivated in Jiusuo town and Foluo town, and terpinolene was the highest content in pulp of Tiandu town mango. For the skin of mango, 39, 39 and 38 compounds were identified in three areas of Jiusuo town, Tiandu town and Foluo town, respectively. Terpinolene was the major aroma in Jiusuo town and Tiandu town areas, and (+)-4-carene was the most abundant compound in Foluo town area.
