摘要: To explore the effects of plankton on fish in Baiyangdian Lake, the community structures of plankton and fish in Shihoudian Lake, which is an ecological demonstration area in Baiyangdian Lake (China), were surveyed in the autumn of 2018 and spring and summer of 2019. The species composition, density and biomass of zooplankton and phyto-plankton and the community composition, growth status and biomass of fish were surveyed. Fifty-two species of zooplankton in 3 categories were identified; Rotifera was the dominant group. Among phytoplankton. 143 species belonging to eight phyla were observed, and members of Chlorophyta were dominant. Among the three seasons, summer exhibited the highest species number and biomass of zoo plankton and phytoplankton. Correlation analysis revealed significant negative correlations of the average density of zooplankton with the Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Pielou evenness index of phytoplankton. The average biomass of zooplankton was positively correlated with the average density of phytoplankton. Further, 28 species of fish belonging to 4 orders and 10 families were identified. Cyprinidae was the dominant family. Redundancy analysis revealed that plankton had an impact on fish with different feeding habits, especially the biomass of such fish, while the effect on fish species was nonsignificant. The predatory behaviours of fish led to the formation of zooplankton communities composed of relatively small and inconspicuous species, and the activities of fish accelerated the propagation of algae. This work provides insight into the control and remediation of lake pollution in North China.
