摘要: Ganoderma duripora is widely circulated in the Chinese herbal medicine market, although the chemical constituents of this fungus are remain poorly characterized. Phytochemical investigation of the EtOH extract of the fruiting body of G. duripora resulted in the isolation of two trace triterpenoids, named ganoduritriol A and B, and their structures were determined by a combination of 1D, 2D NMR and UPLC-TOF-MS.
