摘要: Cryoprotectants were selected and optimized to reduce the damage in freeze-drying process to Kazachstania unispora Y15 through single-factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. Evaluated by the survival rate of cells, cryoprotectants and the amount used were determined through single-factor experiment. The optimum formulation of cryoprotectant was gotten in orthogonal experiment: sucrose 22g/100mL, skim milk 15g/100mL, polyethylene glycol-1000 1.1g/100mL, L-glutamic acid sodium 7g/100mL, Kazachstania unispora Y15 freeze-dried survival rate was 94.11% with the optimum cryoprotectants.
