ANALYSIS OF GENOTYPE DIFFERENCE AND GENE EFFECTS OF FLOWERING TIME OF RAPESEED (Brassica napus L.) FROM SPECIFIC ECOLOGICAL ORIGINS

摘要: The genetic difference of flowering time in a diallel crossing design of 12 rapeseed varieties (Brassica napus L.) from various ecological origins was analyzed by applying crop quantitative trait major gene Loci group method. Results showed that four major gene loci groups controlled flowering time of 12 cultivated forms of B. napus. Estimated additive effect [d]_M of the four major gene loci groups is ―17.2205.2.7731, 6.0906 and ―1.0514 respectively. The effect of dominance [h]_M is -3.6720, 1.0736, 4.5210 and -2.7842. The value of gene effect in J=65 and J=67 loci groups was much greater than that in J=336 and J=72. Comparatively, there is a greater influence on flowering time resulting from J=65 and J=67 loci groups than J=336 and J=72. It shows that the genetic variation of the four major gene loci group accounts for 81.44%. The determination coefficient of regression equation is 0.95. It indicates that major gene loci group mainly controls flowering time in B. napus. The genotype of major gene loci group of the 12 parental forms was analyzed. And the cause resulting in genetic difference of flowering time in B. napus was discussed in the paper.
